One of the biggest misconceptions with adding muscle to a skinny frame is that you must workout hours on end every day, all days of the week to see results. Vince DelMonte has taken such information and flipped it upside down with the ideas he teaches in his book, No Nonsense Muscle Building Course.
The general idea to the public is to lift as hard as you can for as long as you can to get your muscles bigger, and your body looking better. Vince has found a system which uses other ideals to gain muscle. His system makes it so you work out in fewer hours a day, fewer days a week, but make the time working out a lot more intense. The idea behind only going to the gym five days a week versus six or even seven is helpful because the days off give your muscles a chance to rest and recover making them healthier. Recovery time also sets your muscles up to work harder the next time they are stressed, resulting in gain.
